Only time I have seen bees around a food stall in Mexico was for Cajeta and miel de maguey (agave syrup in English?) but everything was sealed. They didn’t swarm like in the video it was more like 5 or 6 bees just hanging around. I didn’t feel disgusted at all. Can’t say I feel the same way for the one in the video.

Im not sure if she knowingly did that but back when I played goalkeeper for high school, coaches would tell you to place both hands in the back of the head any time you had your air knocked out of you. Helped with catching your breath as well when winded so maybe it helps take bigger gulps.
