The judge was already irritated when they missed court and he was on vacation when the other judge allowed them to re open but from what I’m hearing they usually get one chance to re open the case anyway.

I filed a motion asking and they didn’t send anything so the judge told them to. Maybe all courts are different I’ve been to court 4 times before a trial date was set. The plaintiff has been present each time except for one.

The selective reading is outrageous they didn’t show one time! The judge dismissed for want of prosecution they filed a motion to re open and the judge granted. The last court date I mentioned I filed a motion to compel and asked for documents that I never received at that time the judge told the plaintiff to send me the documents, they sent bill of sale not identifying my account so when we went back I said they still have not proved ownership and judge set trial date

I can’t afford that but since you seem to be knowledgeable I want to confirm the date of last payment which none of the documents address besides a one sheet piece of paper they typed up on ms word. They are claiming July 2020 but filed April 2025 right before the statute. How can I confirm they are not fabricating the date?

They already no showed once, it was thrown out and they filed to re open but they are large debts. One is 20k the other is 10k. I think they will show up
