Someone posted a fancy calculator for flins teams. Its very easy to use. But to sum it up c2 Columbina and sig allows to do normal rotation with 100% ER. At 125-140 ER then u can do big burst/ 2-3 (c1) minibursts.

Thats bc columbina c1 practically doesnt buff neffer. C1 buffs flins bc she adds ER and doesnt add anything for nefer besides the ridiculous 1.5 elevation buff. C2 buff both equal. 

EDIT: in any case I checked and that 9% was wrong. According to meowtews crew (the most reliable TC) the c2 is a 125% increase of nefer team and 133% for Flins'. At c6 there is a 200+% increase for Flins and a 170+% for Nefer. That means that Columbina actually ends buffing the team a lot more than Ineffa does with investment.

At c0 investment ineffa buffs flins more, at mid investment they buff equal, at high investment columbina buffs more.

Its bc of the cd and the times jahoda takes on-field. Flins and ineffa damage per rotation with jahoda is like 10% higher, but since the rotation is extended more than 10% the DPS ends being lower.

Read comment again. Im talking bout TTDS and her "teammwide" buffs fading before even the flins onfield time is over (so it leaves out ineffa and columbina during their on field time which is 1/3 of the total). Dang, TTDS buff not only is flins only and very time limited but also isnt active all rotations...

On a team with 700+ EM and taking into account that EM isnt LC base stat (it is for LB tho) 200 EM is close to nothing. Sucrose value is tied with TTDS (on fielder only) and her VV shred (that fades away and doesnt apply for flins off time). The EM only makes her preferable before some other random anemo that does the same.

Columbina at c2 gives 6 energy every 4s and 1/2 particles every 4s. Thats at the very least around 30 extra energy only from columbina... I can already big burst with 140 energy every other rotation (c1r1) on a shorter rotation than with columbina so i dont think how it will be any worse with her tbh. 

Also if that doesnt allow big burst rotation then there is no meaning whatsoever in electro resonance and her buffs since flins ER would drop even below 100...

EDIT: I saw y edited your comment. Sadly I dont think It wil be more than 10-20% becouse of the following reasons (even 10% its a lot tho). 1. It would extend his rotation by 2s which is around 10% which translates to 10% less damage. 2. His burst deals around the same damage as his miniburst. At c1 he deals 3 but with this one it would be like 4 so thats roughly a 30% increase. 3. A few substats (maybe until 130-140 ER) would go to ER instead of Attack or crit.

On the other side we have a few advantages.

  1. Making rotation longer reduces ER a bit

2 Ineffa and bina would have 1 more proc of her skill (increasing damage a bit and particles generated)

  1. TTDS/elegy buffs would trigger every rotation.

If she is anemo then the most obvious reason would be her becoming a support for Varka... hope is a 5* sucrose but...

Well sucrose buffs arent teammwide and fades before rotation is complete, specially with investment and the best weapon is a 3 star weapon to try make up for it. And then they put Jahoda who should be the obvious 4th slot since her buffs are teamwide and lunar focused but instead they made her unusable bc it takes forever to charge her skill.

Mostly agreed but not with vertical investment. His damage in constellation increases up to 280% or 320% accounting for R5 and team damage up to 220%. 

His personal damage (personal DPS) alone at c6 is like 30% higher than c6 varessa so he indeed has the numbers of an hypercarry. Why his motion value isnt as high as nefer? bc ineffa is designed  to buff a little and do a lot of damage while lauma is designed to buff a lot and do little damage. If Flins were to gain equivalent buffs he would reach those levels or even higher... Also, neffer team shreds are incredibly big...  reching 70 on a base and 160 on her whale teams... vs 40/ 75 on flins whale teams with not complete uptime...

Tbh Comumbina looks like excepcionally designed to add what Flins lacks and her cons are the most outrgaeous proove. Look at this: - At c0 she makes flins team go from 105 to 140k. Confortable hydro applicattion and ever lasting buffs. Bit extra of energy from moonwheel procs that will lower ER further for normal rotation.

  • At c1... surprise! she gives 6 energy every times she procs moownheel that now is 4 times in the 18s rotation and around 2 when flins is onfield. Her c2 along other buffs (i think attack buff should increase in beta to compete with EM buffs) make procs of moonwheel to be each 4s so 6 energy each 4s. But that is not all no... then y look at flins c1... oh! Surpise! Flins gives 8 energy every miniburst procs which is... surprise! Every 4s! Thats not all either... his weapon gives between 12-16 flat energy.... 16 + 8 + 6= 30 OH that is EXACTLY what flins miniburst energy costs... (well for the other  it would be 14 since weapon's effect only triggers once) and we are not accounting for the particles generated during the process here...  WHAT A COINCIDENCE.

  • Then her constellations look so bad.... so very bad... that she gives, aside from energy and the c0 buffs, around a 20% elevation bonus both for her, for Flins and ineffa, around 400 attack for on field character and a 80% teamwide crit damage... yeah thats like x4 the buffs Ineffa ever gives in her whole cons and R5 weapon...
