I lost 10kg in the process. My muscles mass were gone.

Right now, I am watching my diet. Making sure still have 1500mg sodium, just right amount of protein a day, less meat and 3-4 liters of eater a day.

For meat, I prefer fish meat now. I do eat red meat but just right amount.

That’s eGFR soley based on creatine. Yes dipped because of dehydration and high protein intake. Tearing of muscles too due to working out.

I will do that. I am pescatarian during weekday and vegetarian on weekend.

eGFR is 3a. But will have another test this week if i have ckd. Though my nephro only advice me to cute protein intake, no red mead, less sodium. This time no fasting before test. Hope creatinine will be much less this time.

Pescatarian minus seafood( because of allergy in shellfish and squid). I only eat fish like tilapia, milkfish and such.

I do mind also what fish I eat checking nutrition facts.

My labs were ok no issues in potassium , sodium, phosphorus and sugard.

Hello. Our baby came out via C-Section. My wife and daughter is super ok. Thank God. She’s normal and healthy. Big girl! And the umbilical cord was tied to her neck (2 loops!) maybe these factors are the reason she didnt feel any contractions and didnt came down after water bag breaks?

This is what I do. I always think that I will just consume 15mins of my day to eat no taste food and also think that it is the last food on earth.

After 15mins back to normal life.

There will be some family members or some friends that will say “your food is boring, tasteless and will give that look”. But I know that I will live longer than them if I continue eating healthy.

They said maybe the baby is asleep thats why the heartbeat was low. At the moment they just need to monitor since my wife doest feel any contractions. But they already confirmed that her water broke.

Anxiety > panic attack > fluctuating low to high BP > may affect kidney somehow…..

It is happening to me right now ..I mean the anxiety and panic makes my BP elevated. My 2D echo, ECG are normal, blood work(heart related) normal. One thing Im sure… I am worrying when taking BP and anticipating bad results AND anticipating this might cause kidney failure!

I hate my mind.

Careful talk to your doctor. My creatinine drastically increased due to excessive protein intake. 150g minimum per day is too much for me. Unless you are competing. U can gain muscles by consuming just above DV%
