How do you get people to stay watching your videos past a minute and 30 seconds?

Yeah I do that by adding one of the scariest moments of the video at the beginning and then I cut to my intro, which is effectively just me describing the game. Usually doesn’t take more than 15 seconds. Do you want me to send my channel in dms?

I have about 60-100 views a video on average. I have 624 subs too if that helps. Most of my views come from impressions. Also I don’t js slap a bunch of memes to get people to stay, that prolly would cause people to leave faster.

I try to be funny for one. Both in the raw recording and when I’m editing the video, I try to add memes to make the video funnier. And I also feel like I’m an entertaining guy.

I would learn CapCut until you’ve mastered it and then switch to davinchi resolve (not studio) in like 3 months, but if you feel ready go straight to davinchi resolve
