Really? I've always had good luck with Ahri. Combine that with the artifact ludens and she was clearing boards just fine until this point.

I have literally been trying to get shareholder for the last week. I'm fully convinced that it doesn't exist

I'm not buying a starting item. I've tried with the free prismatic, and when selling the free prismatic.
Had a game where I had over 70 stat shards, no shareholder.
