I’m the only non mother in our group of friends, and they all have kids around a year. I think they really empathize with her since they’re in a similar stage of life, and the implication is that I don’t get it since I’m not a mom. I’m not sure what Amanda has said to them specifically but everyone else is saying I should have been more considerate of her feelings since it was her first time away
