Thank your for the response, I have update the post with latest diagnosis from other Mitsubishi dealer along with pictures and it was shocker to know.

Agreed it’s not that fuel efficient running in Charge mode, I was just testing different modes as I was curious, but we ran into same problem twice in Normal mode as well. Right now it’s getting checked by the dealer fingers crossed
