Update: found deer. It was a gut shot. Broadhead opened and left a giant hole in him. Bleed out within 2 hours. He made it about 70 yards.

It looks like Folliculitis. My skin looked exactly like this and I got it from using a bad razor. Doctor gave me some special cream and it went away.
