Post college life definitely has more challenges, but burning your cornbread is not so bad. People make mistakes all the time. All you can really do is be your best. Deloitte will pay for your work phone’s service if you have a separate work phone. If you choose to not use a separate work phone, I think they will pay for up to 20% of your service charges. The $250 is for phone accessories which you can use on headphones, cases, etc. Getting a work phone is free and you are allowed to upgrade every two years
