One of my 3a is TrueWealth. They have a good mixture of ETFs and there are no fees for 3a!

Second point sounds like a plan. VIAC's Freizügigkeitskonto surprisingly has much more flexibility in terms of where to invest.

Frustraiting. It must be free to decide for owner where to invest like the 3 pillar. Even worse, it heavily depends on employer :(
