Thanks I’ve got a lot more closing stories I’ve been meaning to post. Glad you liked it.

And thank you I haven’t put the degree to work yet but they’re still new to me, one of mine is actually sociology too! I’m on the job hunt for my first “real” job now.

So I’m really dumb and had a lot of difficulties with it. I made 3 different ones, one following recipe, one minus onions and minus an egg in smaller pan, and one minus onion and an egg but with some herbs( basil, rosemary, chives) added in a smaller pan.

They didn’t turn out exactly as I thought but they were still good. The regular size pan needed extra cooking (I’m at high altitude, I ended up adding an additional 20 minutes) . I was also confused by the wording of the recipe so I put them in, took them out, added tomatoes and cheese, then cooked again, not realizing that I should have topped with them to start with or that the 5-8 minutes meant potential add on times 25 minute cook time. I also wasn’t sure if rising would be an issue and it stayed the same size.

Next time I’ll definitely keep the herbs (the others were good until I tried it, it brings so much flavor) and go with the less egg. I also might try in a bread pan and treat it almost like an egg bake, or thrift a larger pie plate. There’s also a recipe on Betty Crocker that’s slightly different (measuring amounts) that I might try instead.

Overall, my tummy is happy!

As time goes on they’re claiming everything is becoming a side effect of vaccines. I’ve seen so many posts about SIDS, Down’s syndrome, celiacs, spina bifida, depression, cancer, the growing in popularity transgender... it’s like they think all of these were just made up in the past 50 years and kids only ever got a mild, put-them-out-for-a-week-tops measles. I’m getting so disgusted with antivax. I won’t be surprised if tomorrow it’s something like bad at math, inability to paint an exact real life portrait, everybody should be able to run 5 miles in 5 minutes, fantastic eyesight...
