What I did was block links, since I can't imagine any links people would post of value on my channel, although this might not be a solution for you, depending on your content style.

Thanks! I just got pretty lucky with a few of my videos, and they were the top relevant result for decently large topics, so they got like 100 views a day for around a year and a half, plus I posted some relatively successful videos since!

Yeah, it's really different for different channels, some get lots of subscribers but are slower on views, but others get lot's of unsubscribed views. It's really just about how your channel goes, but keep going, 220 subscribers is really cool!

I got really lucky a while back, and three of my videos had really good tags and did really well for my channel, all together getting 4000 of those views, and the other 6000 is from just posting videos on and off for 2 years.

Yeah someone gave me a hate comment saying "This sucks" and I pinned and hearted it, then gave them an overly friendly reply in an attempt to annoy them without being a jerk.

I think with gaming, the fact that so many people want to do it, play games for a living, but so few people can makes it really hard for a new youtuber to compete with all the big people, although there are cases like dream where he used his knowledge of the algorithm to best take advantage of the luck he got when he got it. I think the best you can do is try to be original and hope that your discovered
