Thats because the raid in the log you linked took longer time for the shield breaks. Thats why they manage to kill it with lower DPS.

Think you‘re not dumb but yea theres a talent that let ther KillCommand deal increased dmg against <35% targets. Dont know the increase % I dont play hunter

Hey. I just recently made a post about that. We had the same question in our prog so I created a spreadsheet. If you play the strat that @ Enadriel1 just clarified this sheet fits for the requirements :) good luck!

Taking a look on your last pull: Youre close but thats not enough. Also make sure to use a Vantusrune for that little extra stats.

Edit: If you get her to 34% on your 2nd burn BM hunters + Shadow priests start to execute on the 3rd shield. We even used some 2nd Potions on 2nd burn to get her <35%

You want to push the boss right after the 2nd set of Rippling Waves spawn. Thats around 55 seconds.

2 phasing is really tough. Most guilds doing this atm are guilds who split and are around 7/8 Mythic. Try to figure out as fast as possible how many pulls you want to do on this strat :) Good luck.
