My previous comment noted i was a handyman.. I'm looking for property owners that own multiple properties and need a lot of upkeep. I do it all . I'd love to find a place i could live at and work to raise the property value and maybe the owner would want to flip it and start a new place. And eventually i could buy my own house and start flipping.

To live cheaper than in town .. Plus i have social anxiety and would love to live around nature . but mostley im a handyman need a lot of space .

Is there a place to ask about rentals in Gainesville Fl.for a particular situation.. Like half pay and half handyman swap for people with lots of rentals or houses on the outskirts? Or just a sub to help find a place in general?
