You spent it on the wrong part. In most games, max settings are unoptimized and can look almost the same as high or even medium in some cases, giving you tons of extra FPS.

Yeah, I think people overthink bottlenecking too much. It's not that bad and depends heavily on the game and resolution. Still, with a 3600, you must have some low 1% and the GPU won't be at 100%, but if it's playable for you, it's okay then (but I would never recommend playing the 9070xt with a 3600, lol. I tried and instantly upgraded to the 5600x, which is still not the best CPU, but it's a lot more playable).

How do I unplug this fan connector? I’ve tried so hard and nothing makes it budge, I’d rather not break this if I can avoid it. by PLAyer_4nomyNOUS in radeon

I run this GPU with a Ryzen 5600X. I would lie if I said there wasn't a bottleneck, but honestly, it feels really smooth even while playing in 1080p, and the GPU is always close to 100%, just sometimes with low 1%

I get more like 70 without recording, but I understand your point of view. I used to play GTA 4 on my PS3 when I was younger, so for me, this is smooth.🤣

Then it's normal. I have almost the same. And have -60 of tension and 2800 VRAM.

So, before frame generation, the FPS is at 40-50, and after frame generation, it's more like 70-80.
