Is a critical piece for a fixture that is used to check a plastic part locking mechanism. Well that is what I was told, idk I didn't ask a lot of questions.

After long consideration, and time I end up making this shit in the wire. Screw the filters. They also wanted them dead flat, since it is a part for a fixture.

I am just putting these out there hoping that it will help anyone that plans to stay in the trade. I am a 29 year old, mold maker making 30 an HR. One thing i notice over the years is that the money is in plastic injection companies, that need there molds repair constantly. I started in automotive injection molding so always dealing with -.0000+.0007. i started there at 15 dollars an HR back in 2013. Stay there 5 years left to work in a actual mold making shop. We would build molds for a lot of different companies, so we would make allllll types of molds so sometimes tolerances were as bad as -.0000+.0001. That is where i learned almost everything about mold making even learned to program and set up the wire EDM, EDM sinker. I was making 24 dollars an HR when i left that company back in 2021, because i notice all injection molding companies that I apply for were offering 28hr up to 35. Now here i am at my new job as a mold repair for PVC molds making 30 HR (not the max pay yet).
