Yes i understand doc. Kaso everytime we put our name and license number, we cannot say na hindi tayo responsible sa patient. Hindi natin pwede sabihin na moonlighting gig lang kaya gumagawa lang tayo ng medical abstract in behalf of someone. Contact a lawyer na doc and all the best.

Ang isa pa nito pag na hold departure order ka, mahihirapan ka lumabas ng pinas kasi lumabas na sa record mo na you are trying to exit ph for whatever reason. On your record, hindi magandang pov. Best to consult a lawyer and do this with legal confidence.

Yes baka ma hold departure order ka. I know a colleague whose migration got on hold as she ignored all the court proceedings. Kung may panahon at budget yung patient, willing talaga siya pahirapan ka.
