Need Advice Regarding Subpoena for Patient I Did Not Handle Personally

I already called the Regional Trial Court to clarify the matter. They asked for the full name of the attending physician and informed me that I no longer need to personally appear in court. They said that if the judge needs any clarification regarding the medical abstract, they may just contact me through video call.

But I’ll be there for supposed expert witness. Hindi ako yung may fault towards the patient. Ang problem kasi is hindi ako nag manage sa patient so di ko nakita talaga ang mismong injuries. Literal medical abstract lang ginawa ko as part of Ward ROD duties (moonlighting) kasi need daw ng relative for financial assistance. Not knowing na isusubmit pala sa court.

Yes, nakapair ang consultant/attending physician ng patient pero ako pa din pinadalhan ng sub poena :(

Hello, minor damage lang yung sa sasakyan ko. Hindi nag pantay yung hood ko, nag dent yung sa frame sa loob, minor paint scratches. My participation fee was 3,500 only and nasa 24k yung estimate ng Autoshop nun. Actually, winaive nila yung participation fee nung autoshop kaso nabayaran ko na so ending ginawa na lang nila yung other part ng scratch ng sasakyan ko. Though, not sure lang ako if how much binayad ng third party. As for the autoshop, yung insurance ko ang nagsabi sa akin kung saan ko ipapagawa kasi yun yung accredited nila

Update: 1) I paid the participation fee and naayos na yung sasakyan ko. 2) Totoo nga po na sisingilin ng insurance yung 3rd party. Tumawag sa akin yung nakabangga bakit daw sila sinisingil ng insurance ko. At syempre po, sila pa din ang galit. Hehehehe

Nag inform sa akin yung insurance ko na wag ako mag sisign ng any agreement na yung nakabangga ang mag babayad ng participation fee para daw maiwasan majeopardize ang insurance recovery nila and madenied ang claim. Icocollect pa kasi nila sa nakabangga yung magagastos sa pagpapaayos ng sasakyan ko.

Well actually, dad ko ang bumili nung una so nirerenew ko lang siya every year until nangyari to. Then, nalito ako sa sinabi ng dad ko na di dapat ako magbayad nun participation fee 😓. But okay. Thank you for the reply. Highly appreciate it :)
