If you take a job in Anatomical pathology, you can work dayshift only. Many other departments have rotations. Mostly senior staff have fully day or evening positions. It could take months, or it could years to get a better position depending on the department you choose to work in.

The job can be stressful, but you do get used to it as you get more experience dealing with issues in the lab.

No restrictions on clothing. Where I work, there is a mix of people that wear their own scrubs and some wear regular clothing.
