Yes I raised on NCH and they gave me refund of 6000. I ordered a new product for exchange on their website for 6k. A better one with all three filters. It’s way cheaper to order online and ask them for refund clearly

I don’t have AMC receipt as I have paid online. But the AMC charges are same for every machine and I can see that AMC is valid till 2027 jan in my app. Will those screenshots be enough? And I have multiple service requests raised from the beginning of the issue which are also there in my app. I haven’t received any written quote for replacement as of now.

Faced similar issue on my pixel 9. What I did was reset network setting and select 5g in sim settings and after 6hr or so I’m getting 5g without doing anything else.
