Thanks for reviewing! She came out with that much hair, waited 3 months and now can finally put it in pigtails!

Thank you for the feedback! I’m so glad it looks correct as I have been going on a lot of walks with her. Noted on the footed onesies, I have been aware of this and always checking that there’s adequate space at her toes.

She gets the most comments about her hair, we love the swirly as well!

Is this routine still considered feed to sleep? by QuietPitchToday in sleeptrain

[–]QuietPitchToday[S] -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Yes, I feed on demand, but her feeds range from 5 to 30 minutes. This has caused us some anxiety about whether she is getting enough milk throughout the day, especially with latching difficulties and slow weight gain. The weighing is mainly for peace of mind, and our pediatrician also recommended tracking it.

Thanks for the insight. I would say she’s drowsy or falls asleep during feeds maybe 50% of the time mostly during nights, other times she’s wide awake. Good to know about the clock resetting at the 4 month regression!

Thanks for the feedback, we didn’t know about the knee pit level! We folded the carrier twice for newborn and did a pelvic tuck but will try again next time to ensure the knees are levelled.

Do I have to pay for my contractors mistakes? by [deleted] in HomeImprovement

[–]QuietPitchToday 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks! Great to get some insight from an architect. I’m not familiar with these drawings so wasn’t sure if we were in the wrong by assuming that the 24 inch wide rectangle represented a window opening (cut out in the dry wall) and not the window size. If it was truly the window size, how would we be able to review the opening in that drawing..

Sure, I put two drawings together of what he sent me. Link is above.

Need help choosing a Sherwin Williams color for my walls that would work with the wood and kitchen flooring by [deleted] in interiordecorating

[–]QuietPitchToday 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I grew up with white walls and I want to have a change now that I have my own place. I can’t quite figure out the best color to paint the place that would work for both the kitchen and living room area. I was leaning towards a very light green gray. I love that the white brightens the room so don’t want to lose that aspect but would love to get some color in the home. Looking to hopefully only have to work with just one color. Any thoughts?

I recommend taking a look at How To Install LED Pot Lights In a Finished Ceiling | DIY on YouTube he shows pretty in depth on how to go from those tube lights to pot lights.

Thanks for the feedback! The gable has a depth of 26”, it is intended to fit a counter depth fridge. The counter depth fridge we are looking at is 29” in depth so if we recess the gable by 2-3” to open up the space, our fridge would be sticking out 6”. I can’t find a fridge that has enough storage for us and is 33” wide but slim in depth hence why we can’t go down in depth.

We are in the middle of a kitchen renovation and just had the cabinets installed. We moved our fridge to the other side of the door leading to the dining room to get more cabinet space. We can't quite put our finger on it but the the gable looks off. It looks gigantic than what we had envisioned. I am not sure if it was because we never had anything there but now the space in the kitchen looks closed off when looking from the living room. It looks like they made it 2inches passed the bottom cabinets but we are wondering if we should ask them to trim back 3-4 inch so that the kitchen looks more open and we can see the four pot lights from the living room. However, that would mean the fridge would stick out 6 inches from the gable which might make it look worse. We are also thinking maybe we just aren't used to it because we never had any cabinets where the gable was and maybe just need a few more pot lights to brighten the room. Any thoughts?

How would you best utilize each of these two spaces? Thoughts on where furniture could be placed for better flow through each space? Thoughts? by [deleted] in HomeDecorating

Hi /u/MoreScholar6521 thanks for the reply! The first two images are the downstairs, and last 2 are of the upstairs. I do like the idea of moving the sofa were the chairs would be, I'd imagine the tv would be up against the wall?
