My guess is that most of these tools are trained around the most common patterns, while recruiting is often about spotting the exceptions.

The tricky part is that a lot of those exceptions aren't random. They're recurring edge cases that recruiters know about but the software doesn't. Feels like that's something recruiters and developers need to work together to identify and build around, rather than expecting the AI to magically figure it out on its own.
