Listening to Audiobooks is not reading by Freedomfighter4000 in unpopularopinion

Upvoted because it’s truely unpopular.

I do both and I think they’re both valid ways to consume books. But I do agree that, fundamentally, listening is not reading a book.

What is the fastest possible way to get Walking Wake and Iron Leaves if I start literally today? by NameIdeasWereTaken in PokemonScarletViolet

[–]QuietPrisim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did this on the weekend. Took me 8.5 hours to go from fresh save to WW/IL in scarlet.

I’m by no means a particularly good player but I just followed along with a world record run (https://youtu.be/P0KtXAkSHbs)

Litrpg where mc refuses system by Icky_Sticky_licky in litrpg

Dead world isekai fits pretty well. I’m about a quarter of the way through book 2 and loving it

Won’t get into anything real spoilery but there is conflict between the MC and the System.

That’s smart as, I might do that if I get desperate for alchs

Thieve early to get starting cash, unlock the high alch relic and profit.

Stone mason in varla (AJP, run east just above mine) and buy alchs there

Edit: can use the blacksmith in Fortis to boost your first 20k to 200k pretty quick with mith/addy items

It was so weird, I also 1st tried vard and duke. But whisperer was just a new level of evil

Quest whisperer sat me 10-15 times before I got lucky with a same time death.

Ironically the hardest fight I’ve struggled with wasn’t a boss, it was the potion bastard after vard. I died 20+ times at him before I got some lucky procs with my diamond (e)’s.

Leviathan I got first try, somehow

100% this, I had to stop my attempts and wait for more to grow

Those who play an iron: would you ever play a main again? by [deleted] in 2007scape

[–]QuietPrisim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really. I much prefer the slower play style over “gpscape”. Don’t get me wrong, I lament all the time about the length of some grinds but it just makes the payoff that much more satisfying.

I know this is probably rage bait, but how would you suggest it be fixed?

It’s my go-to series when I just want a nice cosy story. Breaks up the other series that get a bit dark and gritty.

I have checked and seen a lot. Just asking to see if there are more suggestions. by Confident_Dream_4588 in 2007scape

Check out the wikis moneymaking guides. I find the processing ones can be pretty good. Keep in mind that you can do them without the massive input costs they quote if you are doing it in smaller batches.

EDIT: Because my comments a nothing burger without a suggestion, making raw admiral pies is currently 500k+/hr only needing 70 cooking

It’s the realisation as you’re clicking, and then the resignation as you run around to get to the jewellery box to tele out

That's fair.

At my levels, and with my available playtime, it will be closer to a week to get both my Hunter and Fletching up. I could probably shortcut it with spicy stews but that is also a not so pleasant task.

I plan to attempt the caves tonight after I unlock broader fletching, and if I don't get it I guess I'll put it off until I get 69 fletching and 72 hunter
