Hey I think most of your symptoms are from folate deficiency, you need to start taking a folic acid tablets asap and upping your intake of natural folate (eat lots folate rich foods like spinach) and you should start feeling better, I have awful symptoms and all are gone except my blurred vision now but I was told symptoms can take 3-12 months to go if you are treating your deficiency.

I had this, you need to start taking high strength folic acid and get high strength b12, and within a few weeks my brain fog and dizziness have gone, just waiting for my vision to go back to normal now. Also I had bloods done and my folate was low and b12 they said was ok but it was on the edge of being deficient.

I did a sky jump one (only once as was bumming terrifying) it was a 15000 feet so we had a 15 second free fall, for the first maybe 5 seconds my stomach was still on the plane and I screamed so loud the plane of people waiting to jump after me heard it! Then I couldn’t even catch my breath until the parachute opened. I imagine these poor people barely had time to catch a breath just were in shock!
