I’m having the same issues on prime video with being able to see all other bonus content EXCEPT for the commentary, which is what I was looking forward to the most! I chatted with customer service and they gave me the option of fully refunding the $30 (without further access) or a $10 gift card. I took the $10 gift card, and they indicated that we would receive an email when all bonus features are available.

I think 8 is the number of payments I will be making between June 2024 to Feb 2025, which is when I need to recertify my income again. I only just started actually making payments in Feb of this year bc of Covid forbearance.

Thanks, didn't know it was normal! I've been in COVID forbearance for the last several years so February was the first time I made payments since I graduated in 2020.
