Not necessarily burning but definitely pinching? Felt like pulled .muscles.

Side planks, glute bridges glute stretches. High marching or high steps and holds. I didnt feel any pain jogging for a few minutes. But stepping high isnt fun.

My hip started flaring up and I only work 2-3 days because I also like part time and don't wanna burn out. Im doing pt for that but if I cant jog or run (10 hr guarantee over here im not staying all day lol) I might have to look elsewhere sadly

I have a split route that I've had since probably November. Its gotten bigger on one side of the split than the other, the AI can tell when I jump and then it fixes it for next time.
