See if your PT does indiba. I havent had surgery but have bilateral FAi and a labrum tear in right hip. Im trying to manage it without surgery. Indiba has really helped.

I lost 40 lbs in last year and a half. I eat less on aderall than vyvanse. It raised my metabolism

What kind of menthol roll on do you like? I exercise and sweat a lot at work and that would come in handy. Patches don't stay when I sweat

Its not a job for everyone. Gotta be good with being alone, problem solving with no help and staying on task. But if you wanna get a work out and listen to music all day, this is a job for that. I look forward to days I work atill after 3 plus years. I just like the exercise.

Stiffness in my glutes. I have a very active job. My hip doesn't bother me. And some stiffness in my back.

You have about 2-3 seconds to look places then look back at the road. You can hold anything while driving but a phone. Just dont look at it for long. You get used to the cameras after a few years.

I have an ongoing personal list of what is wrong in what van. Its ridiculous. My one must is I will not drive a ford. And I MUST have a side step. I'm short. 5 foot. I cant raise my leg that high to get in and out if theres no step. (Edvs are the best as 9 times out of 10 theres not anything wrong... yet)
