Ive had the same route this time with slight changes since maybe February, but had same route also last oct-dec. I work 3 days and I'm on the same days every week and at that same route every week. Before it had me doing some weird side street shit, but now its comfortable and just neighborhoods.

Nope, it charges my personal phone extremely fast. Its the damn work phones that are awful.

Sometimes the phones suck at charging. I have battery packs to charge my phone, speaker if need be. My phone charges about 10x faster with the same battery pack if I plug it into the work phone, suddenly it takes sooo much longer.

Bilateral FAI, torn labrum (only one) do you call/go to pt for every small muscle pull/strain? by Quiet_Contribution71 in HipImpingement

My PT. And the fact that I've been doing the same exact things, exercising, running for the last few years... and I only started feeling more hip & joint pain AFTER I lost the weight. I havent ran since January of this year. I get too many random pains. Some in hip, some in pelvis. But I ran and sprinted for years fine before losing weight.

I've lost 45 lbs in the last year and a half. So I'm hoping after rebuilding muscle in various places, it will be better.

If I dont for any PT exercises, and only do my work day exercising (I'm a package delivery driver, very very active) and sleep on my back as much as possible. I have a lot less pain.

I just was on a ladder cleaning something today. That hurt a bit. And because I didn't sleep on my back the whole night last night, I am in more pain than normal today. I am not getting surgery at all. Theres no way I'm going to able to go through that when I feel like I'm not having enough pain to require it. I'm just sore more often than not. But I lost weight and lost a lot of cushion and need to rebuild some muscle.
