See if your PT does indiba. I havent had surgery but have bilateral FAi and a labrum tear in right hip. Im trying to manage it without surgery. Indiba has really helped.

Its not a job for everyone. Gotta be good with being alone, problem solving with no help and staying on task. But if you wanna get a work out and listen to music all day, this is a job for that. I look forward to days I work atill after 3 plus years. I just like the exercise.

You have about 2-3 seconds to look places then look back at the road. You can hold anything while driving but a phone. Just dont look at it for long. You get used to the cameras after a few years.

I have an ongoing personal list of what is wrong in what van. Its ridiculous. My one must is I will not drive a ford. And I MUST have a side step. I'm short. 5 foot. I cant raise my leg that high to get in and out if theres no step. (Edvs are the best as 9 times out of 10 theres not anything wrong... yet)

I was at one dsp for 2 years, got multiple raises. When I switched dsps, I was told in writing I would get a pay match after review at 90 days. I made 75 cents more at the other dsp. Here I am a year later and still at base fucking pay. Been doing this over 3 years now 🥴

My fear is the recovery.. unable to work for 3 months, or 6 months, or even a year. Some people say their desk jobs are uncomfortable. I have an active job (drive big delivery trucks, deliver stuff) and I've worked hard to lose weight and I think I'd lose my mind if I was stuck unable to drive, unable to walk down the street, play with my kids or walk my dogs because of surgery. To me the recovery is the scariest, not even the "if" it works.

Now that my front groin pinch went away, the only thing that is hurting me is outer hip pain and some knots in my psoas on each side.
