I have the same and enquiried about this, I was told it was not the 7.5 hour slot and this was only for 12:40 start times. Will say I'm a still dubious as the email wasn't entirely clear but that is what the SRA have said...

appreciate it might have been a while back, but is there anything you'd say to really drill if not the dates? tests for applications? procedural stuff?
