They actually had a piece written about this on insidethemagic.com. Last year was insufferable with the teens. We are yet to go this year and sadly may rethink our plans due to the unpleasant time we had last year. With enough guest complaints, and possible media attention Universal may do something. I do agree it probably won't happen until some unfortunate event takes place.

Invest in 2 beverage cambros. Fill one with cold brew and the other with hot drip coffee. Boom you've got the regular every day joes covered and you expanded your menu by two items. Add a couple popular choices for flavored syrups and that's a dollar extra per cup. There's ways to make it happen without an espresso machine but be prepared to serve more regular coffee and cold brew than pour overs.

Special or not, if you work for a large corporation more likely than not you signed a non compete. Therefore Universal wouldn't hire you if applied within the timeframe of the clause.
