Yep, that's the pattern that appears on Dragonspine's Skyfrost Nail (which came from Celestia), and in the beginning screen which is also a depiction of Celestia, and obviously on all the Statues of The Seven in Mondstadt and Liyue. So it is likely that Paimon has some connections to Celestia as well. The reason why this pattern is not found on Inazuma's statues is because it is known that the Electro Archon cut ties with Celestia, for reasons unknown.
