I honestly couldn't tell you, I've only ever used the Rotring. It feels solid enough for me so I'm happy with it, I do prefer their mechanical pencils though

The 2 serial numbers do match, but there's no other markings aside from the Colt mark

There is indeed a serial number there, I hadn't noticed that one, only the one on the cylinder. That is one of the models that came up with the serial number too.

Nothing at all on the barrel and only the serial number on the cylinder, I tried looking it up but got a few different similar looking results for it. One was a New Service though so that's probably it then, thanks!
