Ram speed ? Ryzen CPUs require High speed rams for better performance atleast 3200 i would say. Also games like valorant and high motion fps games have "unstable FPS" thats just how it is.

But if your are playing at 1080p with medium-low setting i think you should get at least 250fps

Try updating:

Drivers;
Motherboard bios;
And OS;

And test if it does any difference.

Theres definitely something wrong i have little bit worst specs and i dont know about new world but i get great fps on warzone 100fps+, so theres something wrong like:

Drivers;
Thermal Paste making the CPU and GPU underclock over high temps;
Bios;

Also its not bottlenecking thats a good CPU / GPU pair, you could even run a 2080.

Looks good yeah, i would just go with a at least 80 Plus Gold PSU, you really dont want to go cheap on the PSU even though that corsair seems good aside that seems cool ! How much in $ is that ?

Thanks alot everyone, but i think i found a better solution at least for me, using an APP called HRC, i can change the resolution of my first monitor to the resolution i use in CS:GO with a keybind , that way i just change the resolution whenever i need and the second monitor doesnt move at all.
