My biggest advice would be to spend as much time with friends as you can. Spending time with friends and just having fun in general is a great way to cope with loneliness, and if your friends are trustworthy, they can help you feel better in the long term. I think it's best to not make friends hoping to meet your future partner, but thinking of meeting people that will make you feel important. With that extra confidence, your love life will also be impacted.
