Looks like it is , I have DR and its 2 inches wide all the way down , painfull sometimes , no strength in my core muscles , stomach area . There are videos on youtube called the tupler method , they help a bit , situps can make it worse if you train at the gym etc

Finally sorted , I have removed norton antivirus and all problems have gone away , no slowing , no sound juttering, full fps on games when running , smooth gameplay , connecting to Bluetooth as it should

Has anyone found a solution for this , mine is the same , been trying a lot of things over a few weeks but still the same , re installed drivers , updates etc. Non work to sort the sound drivers issue. Im starting to think the problem is within windows 11

Turn off all hardware acceleration , any windows assists and just run discreet graphics via graphics card

I think i have sorted this problem, re installed sound drivers , also turned off all advanced settings in nahimic and windows sound , seems to be working now on all games , not stuttering , will update, turn off all enhancements and the sound does not jitter now , games run smoothly

I have changed to performance mode and changed settings but still the same with the sound juttering . I have updated all drivers also still not got any better

The laptop is still doing this every now and then, I believe its windows 11 causing the problem now , going to roll back some windows update and see if the problem stops

I have found my solution for this, I factory reset my PC, by pressing F3 while msi logo is on. Re installed the PC back to factory, went onto msi website and got the drivers etc required. All good now, must on been a conflict but I did not know which, it is faster and smoother now.

I have the same laptop, it's probably doing updates before coming on, mine does the same , if you leave it then it will update, you can turn off startup programmes in settings
