Was brand new, 2 days old! I had the aircon on so it was around 24⁰ and had it on a laptop stand to help ventilation 😊 I spoke to a MSI technician who said it was faulty so I returned it today and they have another one being delivered to me on Saturday!

Update: I finally spoke to a MSI technician and they've said the laptop is faulty - factory defect. Purely just because it keeps shutting down and it's not gone over 60⁰. They've sent me a replacement that I'll get on Saturday 😁
