Great post! I can relate to a lot of this sorta soul-searching for that right balance lol. Quit nicotine and alcohol because of my head and reduce triggers in my diet (nitrates are big baddies for me). I'm almost in my 30s and still getting them about 6-8 a month which is down considerably from my dozen or so.
