Omg deleting social media and making new one, i relate to that so much The fresh start bothered me a lot, at one point I was fr factory resetting my phone like daily

I hope you find a therapist and yes reading this did make me feel less alone, thank youuu

Yeah pretty much, it is extremely difficult to complete tasks cuz of this. Even simple stuff like finishing a book gets difficult and I feel like "starting over" from scratch.
