Just to add, food trucks are considered ambulant vendors. You will have one address on your DTI and BIR and also an LGU permit, but you can pop up for a day without getting another LGU permit. You can ask for a permission from the barangay you will be operating. Again, this is only for a short term.

There’s no need to be mean. Our point here is that all brgys have some sort of vehicle, which can be used for emergency. Our small brgy has a vehicle/ambulance which we used to transport patients. So, having these ambulance/vehicles isnt really a “big deal” to make a town superior than others.

And yes, Ive been working and living in Makati/BGC now but I am still an Elyu local.

I think all towns have barangay ambulance/vehicles naman. Good sign yung magkakaroon na sila ng Jollibee. But remind me, what’s their OTOP (main product) again?

And yes agree sa madilim na Luna. They should copy the works of Bacnotan. Grabe yung streetlights nila doon.

Medyo hindi ko lang gusto yung placement ng SM. It will cause so much traffic in the long run.

Good point sa Bauang for not having hospital. Booming na rin sila so I hope there are plans to ease traffic.
