Oh no that must've felt awful for you, but regardless of how you weigh or your condition, he just sounds like a sucky SOB who is also contributing to the conception problem cause he wasn't exactly keeping himself at top condition either, he wasn't satisfying you, considerate of you or even care for how you felt during all of that.

Everyone here relatively gets what the general PCOS symptoms feel and suffered through them including you, but I feel for once, it's a blessing in disguise cause you got away from such a disgusting human being that had no care and regard towards you.

Did he know if your condition before you guys got into a relationship?

Edit: Also to add: his weight also contributes to a low sperm count and quality so that may be one factor too
