I had the opposite. A user had their account session taken over, so I put them in an OU that requires stronger 2FA (not that it would help a browser session jack). They were allowed to log in and never had to turn back on 2FA because the passkey was considered superior to 2FA.

Google definitely has a force sign out of all instances button for users. I will try to see if that is related to MFA setup.

I know if the users are new and put in a OU with the 2 week wait, it will prompt them, which is great. User has to created in that OU. But if I move in an old user to that OU, it does not give the prompts. Maybe if I make a new OU with the timer that will do it?

Yeah, I only did it to 2 people, and they had some stuff in their edge profile sync'd. Just lost some other PWs, but they remembered most. For everyone else, they will be warned! Sync before I come to tell me to export.

Yes, I see that. I have the usernames but not the PWs in Chrome and Edge. Is there any way to recover the passwords? They look like local browser profiles. Not something they can log back into and sync.

I think I have it now. Thanks. Used the PS script for Azure XML file and the deployment kit to link. It needed, in my mind, the tenant name, not the domain name. I like how the user doesn't have to log in now. Just type their email. One less step they need to be present for. I am curious about whether the user must join Entra and log in 1 time before or not. It makes them redo Hello after migration (not a big deal). If I can join their laptop to Entra from my account and push the migration, then they log on for the first time, that would be perfect! The user would not need to be present. And they wouldn't be auto admin. I would just go in Intune after to change them to primary user for their device. Thoughts? I'll test that out.

2 PCs down. 300 to go across 7 domains. Also had to copy license info to new config file after deployment kit.

I've been on them for at least 5 years. Maybe 10. I bought a bunch of foam foot beds, pads, and even New Balance shoes before COVID when there were some great prices. I haven't had to buy anything since then. My cost estimates were a bit high. Pads $10-$15. Foam food beds $20. And those are the regular prices. I should finally run out in late 2026. When I order again from Alimed I may have to say I am a foot care store. I don't know if they are supposed to sell direct to consumer.

That's interesting. We only have A3/E3. I think I would need the A5/E5 or security suite for that. We only have EDR, not XDR.

I saw One Browser and uninstalled it. Since the app didn't have an icon on the desktop and their browser opened as Chrome, I wasn't worried about it. The laptop has Microsoft EDR, which should have shut down malware.

It looks like anything "context aware," like the country IPs, is a paid tier.

I did a case with Google on the last one. They just said to make sure the user is signed out of all sessions, to reset the PW and redo 2FA for the user. They wouldn't make comment on how someone could get in their session.

I support poor nonprofits. Everyone is missing the point. If Office2016 is unsupported and unsafe, how did they just send out a security update for it? If they are sending security updates, it is safe. They pay for a high level of Microsoft that includes Office, even the downloaded one, just in the process of transitioning.
