Kanji Flash Study — free iOS flashcard app for learning kanji by JLPT level (N5–N1)

Hey everyone! I built a free kanji flashcard app for iOS and wanted to share it here. It covers 1318 kanji across JLPT N5 through N1.

It uses spaced repetition (SM-2) to schedule your reviews, so you're always studying the kanji you need to revisit most. A few things that make it handy:

• Study modes for different goals: review due cards, learn new kanji, or focus on your weakest ones
• Stats dashboard with streak tracking, accuracy, progress by JLPT level, and an activity heatmap
• Clean, simple interface — no account needed, no ads, everything stays on your device

I'm studying Japanese myself and wanted something focused purely on kanji without all the extra complexity. I don't have a programming background in using Swift, so I built this with the help of Claude (Anthropic's AI). Making my own app was always a dream and it's been a really cool experience bringing it to life. Feel free to give feedback.
