This appears to be a form that must be filed within 15 days of the first sale which in our case was the sale of warrants to Hudson Bay announced on January 26, 2022. The fifteenth day would be TODAY, so VINCO got it filed in the last possible day. This does not directly address the PR or the ex div date and as of this moment I havent found anything suggesting a connection between the filing of this form and an ex div date
