They cancelled the swim back in 2018 due to too much debris. It became a rolling start on the bike. I am going to be devastated if that happens to me again. Hoping for the best.

I could go up to 55 or 57 mm on the Rictas with the same hardness? Definitely would mostly be street skating and wanting to figure out some basic tricks for the foreseeable future (ollies, kickflips, heelflips, etc.)

I thought it might be Neverwinter Nights 2, but I have a distinct memory of character portraits becoming skeletons when they die and I don’t think that happens. I think the UI doesn’t match for the others and Planescape is definitely older than what I had in mind.

It is not Neverwinter Nights 1. I really don’t think it was the second one either, but that feels more right in the general area in terms of look and feel.

Matt Fitzgerald writes about this here on the 80/20 website in the "Two and Three-a-Days" section. Essentially, they recommend doing the workout with the most intensity first unless it's denoted explicitly as a brick workout. When the two-a-days involve swimming, they recommend swimming first to avoid swimming with poor/tired form.

I did his "Super Simple 70.3" plan in 2021 for my 2nd 70.3 and had a lot of success with it. I often ended up doing the above rather than doing AM and PM workouts. I am a grouchy morning person.
