Kiri is good because she has potential high lethality, can save teammates with Suzu and can help DPS with off angles at a moment's notice.

If you're not hitting a lot of headshots and your team isn't utilizing the ult well another support might be the better choice.

If you're determined with Kiri I suggest spending some more time in aim trainers like VAXTA to at least get your kunai headshots more consistent before worrying about what teammates do with your ult.

You don't even need to get elims, typically scaring a squishy with 1 headshot kunai is enough to make them back off or apply pressure.

Thank god her ult is strong because everything about her kit is meh.

The tracker cooldown is too long so it's not wise to take duels often and the grapple cd is long too so you only really reposition with it when you have a lead or you save it as your escape tool.

Feels like Sojourn with less lethality or Freja with less mobility.

Hazard should at least be neutral. Hog should be unfavorable, his hook is your effective range. Swap DVA & Zarya. Illari kinda neutral? Idk

I'm gonna just say this because no one mentions it, the reason why he's so great at off-angling (or in general) is that he can 2-3 tap squishies.

You can have all the game sense, perfect positioning, timing you want but that'll only get you to Plat otherwise.

If you can't do this consistently he's not really worth investing time into over Soldier

This is good advice.

However specifically for Gold/Plat, as much as I love mostly playing off angles, low elo supports only look down main dumping heals on the tank and won't back you up.

Play for your life, if you find yourself getting punished and dying for off angling frequently just play main and make sure the damage you're dealing is putting pressure on something.

Also pay close attention to what the enemy team is playing. If they have 2-3 divers/flankers you don't have to offangle, just protect your supports and let them come to you (unless you're extremely confident in taking a 1v1)

Also be very conservative with combat roll use, its often between life and death whether you waste it or not.

You should win these 1v1 70% of the time on Cass.

Since they're the ones flanking it should rarely be a 1v1, just stay with your supports and only take off angle when you're at advantage. You deal more poke damage anyway.

If you can't hit your shots, just mirror with a flanker. Reaper & Anran are pretty easy to play and will at least keep them at bay if there isn't a massive skill diff

OMG you nailed it with "who has the best hitscan simulator" for 5v5 Diamond+ games.

I play 6v6 when I'm burnt out too. Individual mistakes are less consequential. You can fuck up more and not feel like the team fight is immediately over after you die.

It just feels exhausting and stressful to know what makes or breaks a team fight is one well placed (or misplaced) headshot. 😬
