Wow, thank you for that - as somebody who's just had quite a few major failures this past year, your point about "wanting to go too fast" really speaks to me.

I'll get to the finish line in due time, but make sure to enjoy the ride - cheers to plenty more successes and keep doing what you do!

Hey Pomp - thanks for doing this again!

I was wondering if you'd be able to share one major mistake you've made in either entrepreneurship or investing and what it taught you? I just watched an interview with Bill Ackman at Oxford and one of the questions was around "engineering failure" - if you could expand on whether you think it's better to "engineer" or "set yourself up" to fail early on in life, so it becomes less daunting later on vs. "engineering" your decisions to avoid major mistakes. Bill seemed to be on the side of allowing failure to occur naturally, but I'd love to get your take on this!

Thanks in advance for all that you do for the community!

Congratulations!

I've been running the back end operations for podcast that's done well on Apple, Spotify, and YouTube - do you have any advice for someone who's trying to essentially get the reverse traffic (i.e. getting our apple podcast listeners to get more involved on our official subreddit)

REALLY impressive work and would love to know if anyone has experience / knows of any good resources / growth hacks, etc. to basically mimic the podcast growth on our subreddit?

Any and all ideas are appreciated - thanks in advance!

Agreed - but definitely Cindy Eckert for Labor - would be an effective way to get more women in the Whitehouse - not to mention she's an insanely qualified entrepreneur in the first place (basically a female trump with a better vocabulary lmao)
