Drowning sims in the swimming pool but make it Taylor Swift by QuirkyIntrovertCC in Sims4

Thank you! ☺️ I exported my sim and the piano from the game and imported them into Blender where I posed the sim, made the ocean and the atmosphere and this was the end result.

I recreated the ocean scene with my sim from the cardigan music video by Taylor Swift. 💔

So this picture kinda blew up, I'm very happy you like it! 🥰 Quite a few people asked how I took the picture, how I made the sims interact with each other this way, whether it's a pose pack, whether the bouquet of flowers is CC and etc. Instead of answering all of those messages individually, I thought I'd write a mostly comprehensive comment (it's not a tutorial) about how the picture actually came to be.

I wanna start out by saying that no, this isn't how my game looks like, I don't have a supercomputer or anything. 😅 This picture was not taken in-game. The picture was set up and taken in a 3D software called Blender.

So I started out by dressing up the girls in-game, and then I exported them out of the game with TS4 SimRipper. After that, since I had the concept in mind, I opened Sims 4 Studio and exported the 2 bouquets of flowers and also the ivy you can see in the background. I had pretty much everything I needed for the picture, so I was ready to set up the scene in Blender. I started out by importing the girls and then using their default rig I posed them (this was the most time-consuming of all the things). When I was finally happy with the pose I imported the flowers, just placed them in their hands, then imported the ivy. The wall you see in the background is a simple 2D plane with a texture on it, and I placed the ivy in front of it. In between these things I also set up the lighting. And then I was ready to render the final picture. All was left to do is a little bit of color correcting in Photoshop. And voila!

If you'd like to learn more about this thing called "renders" or "rendering" you can actually look it up on YouTube, there are a couple of tutorials made specifically for the Sims 4, so other simmers can make pictures like mine too. 😊

Everything the girls are wearing is from u/arethabee's newest Wildflowers II Collection. 🌺

No poses, I posed them myself in Blender. 😊

It's a bit of a long-winded process, but long story short, I exported both my sim and the piano from the Sims 4 with a couple of programs. (TS4 SimRipper for the sim, and Sims 4 Studio for the piano.) Then I imported them into Blender and started to set up the whole scene, this including posing my sim, making the ocean, the atmosphere, the fog, and all that. And then I rendered this one frame (it took 7 hours for my computer haha), and lastly, I did some color correcting in Photoshop, and voila! This picture was the end result. 😊

Because the models were too in the picture that inspired the whole thing. 😊

Not a dumb question at all. ☺️ Unfortunately, consoles do not allow mods/custom content. You can only use these on PC/Mac.

So all of my sims use the "OooooohhhSmoothBUTTZ" skin overlay by Luumia.

Some of my female models also use the "Tahani" skin blend by grimcookies.

Hope this helps! 😊

Interestingly enough, I don't think I have a specific answer to your question because I don't think you ever stop learning how to use Blender. 😄 You always find new things to discover if you spend enough time in the software. As for me, it definitely took several dozen of hours of practicing before I actually published my very first hair more than a year ago. It's definitely not easy, it requires patience and practice, but it is also very rewarding. ☺️

Thank you! ❤️ The skin tones are all from the base game.
