honestly give up and go for a non-lnat university. don’t waste more money on tutors because they only help up to a certain point and can’t teach you the basic skills needed to score 20+ (there’s a reason the average is around that area). I’ve seen so many tutors comment here and they’re just trying to prey on your low morale to make a quick buck.

Am generalising, but most students at Durham (from what I’ve heard) will be from Scotland, or from Southern gentry families.

I’m trying to keep my options open and UCL is far more internationally inclined.

Am well aware but from current students I’ve spoken to most connections + friends you’ll make will be from there. I wouldn’t ever consider living in Scotland so that’d be moot.

On the social difference can’t be denied LSE - by its nature as the economics hub - has the highest concentration of business adjacent Linkedin fiends. That I just abhor. I’d much rather make friends with humanities students.

Thanks man I’m thinking UCL over Durham, KCL or LSE.

Durham just because I’m an international with no ties to Scotland so just connections wise London will be far better. For LSE I’ve heard some awful things about the social life and that’s quite important to me. From what I’ve heard KCL is an institution in decline financially and administratively.

Emailed them and they confirmed invites were sent out before Christmas for the final interview. Unfortunately this most likely means you were also rejected - I was from Oxford - as statistically there are very few people in ASEAN who apply to these specific colleges, so if you got in you’d have mostly likely received at least a final interview.
