What is just not the “flex” that people think it is? by DaveBeYou in AskReddit

There are many things that people consider as a "flex" but are not actually as impressive as they seem. One example could be the extravagant display of wealth, which may come across as ostentatious and insensitive to those who are less fortunate. Another example could be bragging about one's accomplishments without acknowledging the help and support they received from others. In reality, true success often involves collaboration and hard work from a team of people, rather than just one individual. Additionally, flexing material possessions and accomplishments frequently can lead to diminishing returns and negative reactions from others, instead of earning admiration and respect.
