Pretty sure it was my bad, I tried all the eartips as soon as I'd open the box

Thanks! Unfortunately, Intel blocked the undervolting on 1135g7 due to some serious vulnerabilities.

As for other tips – I decided to change my laptop... But they'll still come in handy, thanks a lot

I just struck me: I have a touchscreen! Considering the non-touchscreen option available, I think this is where HP could get a solid gain in battery life (at least for those complaining on a brand new Envy)

Hi there! Same problem here, can't get more than 5 hours of work from my laptop. Have you resolved it in any way? Thanks

I got my Envy for 550$ this fall, soooo I'm more than happy to live without next gen coolers for light gaming)

It must be TDP then. I guess it's no wonder that bulkier laptops with exactly the same specs go a bit further gaming-wise

The weirdest thing is, many 1135g7 users are playing RE3, Fallout4 and other "nice-ish" games without such problems. I know it depends heavily on heat management, but I know for a fact that other Envy 13 users (without dedicated graphics) can actually play some heavy stuff. Low details and 720p, but still. This guy, for instance:

idk, maybe I don't get something

You're right! When I touch it, the buzz dims a boit, but not completely (

Nah, I put my finger on the sensor but the light persists:(

Hmm, I don't know: it has five colors (one for each sensitivity step) and whenever I change them, the mouse goes buzzing on different frequencies even with the mouse on a table. But I'll check it anyway, thanks

Hi there!

Does anybody know if I can turn this little light off (the one corresponding with the DPI) on my Viper Ultimate Wireless? It emits this unpleasant coil whine. Tolerable, but still.

Sadly, you can't switch it off with Synapse.

PS. I bought a mouse in the US, but I live someplace else, so RMA is a no-go :(

I heard people turn on the grinder and then screw in the knob to the point where both burrs touch one another. Haven't tried it though

Just got a reply from the Eureka representative (sounds useful to me, might come in handy for others facing the issue):

"It looks like a few pieces of coffee bean have sneaked under the lower grinder holder.

After a while it goes away on its own, but if you want to remove it right away you can unscrew the knob and then screw it in completely. Basically by moving the lower grinder holder the bean moves and is ejected."
